  4. Describe the research results and provide an analysis of the empirical studies.
  5. Analyze the various stakeholder perspectives within each study.
  6. Discuss the current or emerging concepts for improving the executing, monitoring, and controlling processes of projects and programs.
  7. Draw conclusions for the findings in your research.

For scholarly research (peer-reviewed) articles, identify the following (you may want to capture this information with a tool such as One Note or RefWorks for later use in your dissertation or Capstone Project):

  • Key words in title and abstract.
  • Theory referenced.
  • Purpose of research.
  • Methodology.
  • Results.
  • Conclusions.
  • Implications and recommendations.

For scholarly articles (no research conducted):

  • Key words in title and abstract.
  • Theory referenced.
  • Purpose or objective of the article.
  • Summary of article accomplishments.
  • Scholarly or practitioner applications.

For general and practitioner literature:

  • Common key words in title and abstract.
  • Purpose or objective of the article.
  • Summary of the article (results, applications, strategy, opportunities).

Include a minimum of 10 current scholarly or professional resources (less than 5?7 years old). Use this assignment and course to build up a reference list for your topic; 40 resources are required for your final course project.
